Base Salary
$258k - $355k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build security-focused application primitives and integrate them into existing products.
- Design and deploy platform-level mitigations for common security issues.
- Lead remediation of prioritized vulnerabilities across the technology stack, including issues found internally, through penetration testing, and through the bug bounty program.
- Partner with engineering teams to design and deploy inherently secure solutions.
- Champion security tooling such as linters, static analysis, posture assessment scanners, and query inspectors.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building software.
- At least 2 years of experience focused on platform, infrastructure, and/or security.
- Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and continuously developing technical expertise.
- Experience with Python, Flask, Elixir, and AWS, including ECS, is preferred.
- Experience analyzing and improving the security posture of AWS infrastructure is preferred.
