Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, and other test automation tools.
- Conduct exploratory testing, identify and document software defects, and provide comprehensive test coverage.
- Perform performance testing with JMeter and analyze performance metrics for application scalability and reliability.
- Test applications on cloud-based platforms.
- Use Azure DevOps to manage test cases, test plans, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality software products.
- Create detailed documentation and data-driven reports communicating test results and insights.
- Test microservices, micro frontends, and APIs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, including at least 1 year in QA automation and exploratory testing.
- Proficiency with Playwright and TypeScript and other relevant testing tools.
- Experience with performance testing and analyzing performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of testing microservices, micro frontends, and APIs.
- Experience using agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex to write automated tests.
- Strong English communication, documentation, reporting, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fintech industry experience, knowledge of additional test automation frameworks and tools, and QA-related certifications are preferred.
