Base Salary

$87k - $198k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and solutions to implement stakeholder requirements.
  • Design, modify, write, and implement software programming applications using agile development methods.
  • Gather client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.
  • Analyze architectures and operating environments to support current and future functionality.
  • Create architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.
  • Implement ServiceNow integrations, custom applications, workflows, and platform enhancements.
  • Advise clients by translating IT needs and future goals into actionable technical plans.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications.
  • At least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom apps, and development methods.
  • Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments, including government environments.
  • Secret clearance is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is required.
  • Preferred experience includes ServiceNow HRSD, SAM, HAM, ITFM, scripted web services, CMDB or asset integrations, custom Workspaces, and Platform Analytics dashboards.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and strong writing, documentation, and communication skills are preferred.
