Responsibilities
- Write and maintain iOS UI automation using Maestro or an equivalent tool for booking workflows.
- Write and maintain web UI automation using Cypress or an equivalent tool for hotels, flights, restaurants, and loyalty workflows.
- Build stable tests for dynamic conversational interfaces with variable copy, layouts, and streaming results.
- Own automation coverage, stability, effectiveness, and CI/CD execution.
- Define test protocols covering scheduling, release-blocking behavior, informational results, and skipped tests.
- Capture failure evidence, open tickets with named owners, and retest after fixes.
- Maintain dashboards showing pass rate, flake rate, and test coverage.
- Work with iOS, web, Edge, and SRE teams and escalate quality risks early.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience building and owning UI automation rather than only running an existing suite.
- Experience automating dynamic or conversational UIs, or a demonstrated record of fixing flaky tests.
- Hands-on experience with agent products, MCP or equivalent agent and tool interfaces, and sufficient model and LLM literacy to test and debug agent-driven UI.
- Experience with iOS automation using Maestro, or Appium/XCUITest with the ability to work in Maestro.
- Experience with web automation using Cypress or Playwright.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and evidence-based ticket documentation skills.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-moving environment.
