Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Participate in planning, solution design, building, testing, and other stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Write clean, readable, maintainable code and enforce development best practices.
- Clarify solution requirements and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Review code through pull requests.
- Manage, train, and upskill junior team members while helping them meet task deadlines.
- Research and self-learn to deliver business value.
- Perform Python-related data collection, transformation, and ETL work.
- Participate in Agile stand-ups and maintain workflow through Jira.
- Follow the team's Git workflow and branching strategies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience is required.
- Experience developing custom software solutions and working across systems or applications.
- Experience with Python-based data collection, transformation, and ETL work.
- Ability to understand requirements, research solutions, and learn independently.
- Ability to manage and train junior team members.
