Base Salary
$150k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage the technical operations of the trading platform.
- Engage in the engineering process for system design and management.
- Develop tools for monitoring and automating processes.
- Contribute to change management and learning review processes.
- Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, application, and network layers.
- Document configuration processes and policies.
- Translate customer needs into operational reliability targets.
- Guide other functions on reliability techniques and system functionality.
- Educate and mentor the team on operational best practices.
Requirements
- Experience with automation tools like Ansible.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Python, Bash, and Git.
- Experience supporting large, complex, distributed systems.
- Understanding of host-side networking and packet-level network traffic.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP stack and routing.
- General knowledge of Data Center workflows.
- Familiarity with hardware and networking equipment like Arista and Cisco switches.
