Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize Product Development Lifecycle and Software Development Lifecycle processes to improve development quality, productivity, and reliability.
- Design and develop Python automation tools for software development, testing, validation, and maintenance activities.
- Integrate GenAI and AI-enabled workflows for development assistance, code generation and review, documentation, and test automation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Architecture, and Product teams to industrialize solutions and strengthen CI/CD practices.
- Evaluate deployed solutions and ensure responsible AI use through human validation, controls, traceability, and escalation mechanisms.
- Support the adoption of AI-assisted software development practices in regulated environments.
Requirements
- Significant software engineering experience with confirmed Python expertise and a strong understanding of software architectures and development practices.
- Solid knowledge of PDLC and SDLC processes, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and software quality principles.
- Practical experience using GenAI in software development, including programming assistants, LLMs, or engineering workflow automation tools.
- Ability to analyze complex processes, identify optimization opportunities, and design suitable technical solutions.
- Collaborative approach and understanding of security, governance, and Responsible AI concerns.
- Experience implementing AI-assisted software development solutions for code generation, automated testing, or improved DevSecOps practices.
- Experience in banking, capital markets, insurance, or other regulated financial environments is preferred.
- Professional fluency in French and English for international environments.
