Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and inspect semiconductor manufacturing processes using inline RDA inspection equipment.
  • Develop inspection techniques, recipes, interactive team-member programs, data-transfer solutions, and applications to quantify wafer-fabrication performance.
  • Develop software and applications to improve line-health monitoring, data collection, data transfer, visualization, reporting, and process quantification.
  • Support experimentation, data analysis, and baseline health metrics for wafer fabrication.
  • Collaborate with process integration, process development, data science, yield analysis, technical development, and high-volume manufacturing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Experience applying data science and data manipulation, including scripting or coding.
  • Knowledge of Python, C, C++, SQL, or Java.
  • Knowledge of RDA or semiconductor manufacturing techniques, including analytical techniques applied to manufacturing-related data.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor physics, programming, real-time data processing and transfer, transistor operations, scaling limitations, and reliability.
  • Experience with data science and analysis tools including Pandas, NumPy, or Jupyter.
  • Experience utilizing JMP, SPOTFIRE, or Tableau.
