Base Salary
$213k - $273k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable DevOps pipelines for Salesforce.
- Own and evolve automated testing strategies for system reliability.
- Advise on and execute improvements to CI/CD and release management processes.
- Maintain a strong culture of quality, automation, and operational excellence.
- Execute DevOps and testing initiatives from inception to production rollout.
- Create observability and reporting around deployments and system health.
- Ensure ongoing stability, performance, and security of Salesforce environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Strong hands-on experience with Gearset and GitHub.
- Experience designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce development and metadata.
- Comfortable solving large operational and quality problems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring for Salesforce systems.
- Experience with Stripe, NetSuite, Snowflake, and DBT.
- Experience building testing processes across multiple systems.
