Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural and software designs.
- Code and develop new features using software development best practices.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to software engineers.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and frameworks for project requirements.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex software components and systems.
- Develop software documentation and test procedures, troubleshoot software problems, and communicate with internal customers about requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum eight years of experience in software product development.
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science.
- Strong expertise in core Java and advanced features such as streams, functional programming, and virtual threads.
- At least five years of experience with Spring Boot and associated Spring features.
- At least four years of experience driving or contributing to high-level and low-level design, code reviews, and coding practices including clean code, SOLID principles, and OOAD.
- At least four years of experience building or driving microservices- or SOA-based software systems.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Semiconductor domain knowledge or experience is preferred.
- Experience with reactive programming is preferred.
- Agentic AI experience is preferred.
