Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and workflow automations within 90-day sprint cycles.
- Develop integrations between SharePoint, Teams, CRM, publishing platforms, and AI capabilities.
- Build rapid prototypes and minimum viable products for business validation.
- Translate business problems into technical requirements and practical solution designs.
- Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and third-party services for capability, cost, security, and integration fit.
- Collaborate with Research, Finance, AI and Data Analytics, Publishing Operations, and Technology & Operations teams.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, data governance, and IT standards.
- Document solutions, architectures, and integration patterns and support operational handoff.
- Communicate technical concepts, trade-offs, and progress to non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, and platforms and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of software development experience with increasing focus on AI and automation tooling in an enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency with dataflow programming or frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, MXNet, or Cognitive Toolkit.
- Ability to develop scripts in Python, Java, C++, Go, or equivalent languages.
- Experience building and deploying web-based tools, APIs, or automated workflows in a business context.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, function calling, and agent frameworks.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent automation and integration platforms, plus the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into defined technical requirements and working solutions.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts and trade-offs to non-technical audiences.
- Preferred experience with vector databases, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, MLOps, cloud deployment, monitoring, data visualization, and dashboard tools.
- Experience in publishing, media, information services, or comparable content-driven industries is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
