Responsibilities
- Integrate AI platforms with internal systems for diverse business use cases.
- Create AI prototypes and demonstrations to drive adoption and showcase capabilities.
- Translate business problems into AI use cases and technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and support cross-functional AI initiatives.
- Work in Agile delivery teams and iterative development cycles.
- Organize assigned work, follow established processes, collaborate with others, and seek feedback while developing professionally.
Requirements
- Foundational understanding of programming, software design, and software development principles.
- Practical experience with Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques.
- Working knowledge of agentic AI systems.
- Experience with core machine learning concepts and implementations.
- Experience with Azure cloud platforms and AI services.
- Hands-on DevOps skills.
- Experience developing microservices with Flask, Django, or Spring frameworks using Java.
- Practical experience with GitHub Copilot and other AI tools for developers.
