Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software and AI-enabled solutions using clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams on customer needs, product discovery, requirements refinement, and iterative delivery.
- Develop and support full-stack applications, APIs, integrations, data services, databases, and cloud-native platforms.
- Apply DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native, automation, testing, observability, and quality engineering practices.
- Contribute to AI capability design, development, evaluation, and deployment using prompt engineering, model integration, retrieval techniques, and governance standards.
- Monitor production services, respond to incidents, participate in root cause analysis, and implement reliability improvements.
- Reduce technical debt, improve engineering standards, adopt appropriate emerging technologies, and share best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of four years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with Python, React.js, Java, PostgreSQL, CSS, and AWS.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
- Experience with automated pipelines for continuous integration, testing, delivery, and security.
- Experience architecting applications, databases, services, or integrations.
- Preferred: ability to quickly learn new languages and platforms.
- Preferred: experience using AI-powered engineering tools and assistants for software development, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, automation, and developer productivity.
- Preferred: experience developing and supporting full-stack solutions and working within Agile product teams.
