Responsibilities
- Lead customers through software implementation solutions using Delinea’s delivery methodology.
- Maintain utilization targets and complete project deliverables.
- Configure and customize Delinea product solutions based on customer requirements.
- Become the subject matter expert of the Delinea software product line.
- Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with integration team members to scope and implement solutions.
- Produce deliverables such as architectural plans and documentation.
- Work independently to prioritize tasks aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architect Leads and Professional Services Managers.
- Interact with technical contacts and management levels on client accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical delivery consulting role.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and UNIX/Linux administration.
- Familiarity with cloud providers like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Knowledge of MFA technologies such as Azure MFA and RSA/SecureID.
- Strong understanding of security fundamentals related to Privilege Access Management.
- Excellent organizational and technical project management skills.
- Self-starter mindset with a desire to stay current with technology.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
