Responsibilities
- Build scalable machine learning frameworks used across multiple delivery teams.
- Design and implement production-grade ML or data platforms.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable software for scalable AI applications and reusable use cases.
- Work with large-scale datasets including banking transactions, conversation histories, and document collections.
- Apply strong engineering judgment to decisions involving abstraction, performance, operability, and long-term maintainability.
- Continuously learn advanced AI topics and contribute to a knowledge-sharing engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading the design and implementation of production-grade ML or data platforms.
- Strong background in machine learning and deep learning.
- Strong coding proficiency in Python, Java, C, or C++.
- Strong engineering judgment and software design skills, including attention to code and API design.
- Preferred experience with LangGraph, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or a comparable library.
- Preferred experience building and scaling data-intensive software.
- Preferred experience using GPUs for accelerated deep learning training.

- Base salary range of $154,000–$199,500 CAD, with the posted range reflecting a temporary annual reassessed market premium.
