Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and deploy AI applications and models in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Build and optimize production-grade AI pipelines.
- Provide subject-matter expertise and make decisions affecting the team and multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of professional experience.
- At least 12 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency with Large Language Models (LLMs) is required.
- Experience designing and deploying AI models in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Strong understanding of generative AI techniques and practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and optimize production-grade AI pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture experience is preferred.
