Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged and SaaS solutions.
- Configure and integrate cloud-based procurement and supply chain solutions.
- Manage software release cycles and deployment processes in SaaS environments.
- Establish and enforce platform standards for stability, reliability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams, business units, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
- Serve as an SME, manage team activities, make decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Lead best-practice development and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in SAP Ariba is required.
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba and S2C is required.
- Expertise in configuring and integrating cloud-based procurement and supply chain solutions.
- Experience managing SaaS release cycles and deployment processes.
- Ability to establish platform standards for system reliability and performance.
- Familiarity with vendor management and aligning technical solutions with business constraints.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
