Responsibilities
- Safeguard and develop the overall test strategy within the agile team.
- Create test designs as an integrated part of the software development lifecycle.
- Specify logical and physical test cases based on structured test analysis.
- Execute test cases and maintain relevant testware.
- Identify quality risks and provide stakeholders with clear insights into software quality.
- Collaborate with developers and team members to strengthen shift-left testing and quality practices.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on software testing and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Proven experience with software testing and quality assurance.
- Experience establishing and applying test strategies for software deliverables based on structured test analysis.
- Ability to apply test methodologies and test design techniques to achieve relevant test coverage.
- Structured testing mindset and ability to turn established test methodologies into practical testing activities.
- Experience with SAP or another standard ERP system is advantageous, particularly sales order processing experience.
- Understanding of retail processes and the customer journey is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and proactively while gathering information and discussing risks with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Clear communication skills and ability to coach others on software testing.
- Understanding of Danish.
