Responsibilities
- Design and lead development of scalable large language model architectures.
- Design and tune neural network parameters for natural language processing tasks.
- Process large-scale unlabeled text datasets for language-model training.
- Optimize model parameters for accuracy, efficiency, and generalization.
- Apply transfer learning and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into broader AI systems.
- Provide cross-team technical solutions, influence decisions, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Deep expertise in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing.
- Experience processing large-scale unlabeled text datasets to train language models.
- Ability to optimize language-model parameters for accuracy, efficiency, and generalization.
- Familiarity with transfer learning and unsupervised learning methods.
- Ability to collaborate across teams on AI-system integration.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
