Responsibilities

Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects.
Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
Collaborate with implementation teams to understand healthcare provider requirements, clinical workflows, and regulatory considerations.
Conduct post-configuration and post-deployment verification and validation.
Review third-party applications and end-to-end workflows through delivery channels.
Investigate urgent customer-reported issues, identify root causes, and mitigate impacts on healthcare operations and patient care.
Document healthcare workflows, clinical use cases, and patient care pathways to anticipate quality concerns.
Partner with product management, development, and QA teams to prioritize issues and define automation requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
Identify opportunities to improve software usability, clinical decision-making, and patient engagement based on customer feedback.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Approximately 6+ years of software testing and QA experience.
Practical experience with the Cypress or Selenium frameworks.
Understanding of relational database query concepts.
Familiarity with SDLC and STLC methodologies.
Ability to understand business requirements and their implementation in applications.
Strong communication skills and ability to respond to urgent healthcare product issues.
