Responsibilities
- Handle full-stack projects and deliver minimum viable products efficiently.
- Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to balance technical requirements and business goals.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers.
- Participate in continuous deployment processes, including code reviews and deploys.
- Engage in on-call rotations for support during core and non-core business hours.
- Debug customer issues using logs, metrics, and traces.
- Adapt to a dynamic work environment focused on continuous learning.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
- BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in Ruby on Rails applications and React.
- Success in developing and deploying large-scale web applications with a user-focused approach.
- Ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments with comfort in continuous deployment.
