Responsibilities

  • Build routing, orchestration, and guardrails for trusted agents that automate manufacturing decisions.
  • Own product features end-to-end across the LLM pipeline, infrastructure, backend, frontend, and production deployment.
  • Work directly with manufacturing planners to identify workflow improvements and build solutions.
  • Develop the core product that supports operational decisions for large industrial manufacturers.

Requirements

  • Production experience shipping full-stack software end-to-end.
  • Experience building scalable backend systems and infrastructure for large structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Experience building user interfaces that make complex systems usable.
  • Demonstrated ability to build technically difficult systems and explain implementation decisions.
  • Strong product sense, attention to correctness, root-cause analysis, and urgency in execution.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Munich.
