Base Salary
$99k - $129k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, install, modify, implement, and troubleshoot advanced software solutions.
- Develop logical and structured solutions to customer and prospective customer issues while aligning with client goals and objectives.
- Interpret specifications and build advanced solutions for projects of any size.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on the company’s software and hardware products, including their usage, architecture, functionality, and deployment.
- Create customized presentations and demonstrations for customers and stakeholders.
- Generate infrastructure support documentation and contribute to proposals and RFP responses.
- Evaluate and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in software testing through test review, analysis, witnessing, and certification.
- Communicate project issues and status clearly and promptly.
- Provide training, mentoring, and work direction to other team members as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Seven years of relevant work experience.
- Equivalent combinations of education and related experience may be considered.
- Experience with .NET is required.
- Experience designing and delivering software solutions using modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
- Experience applying DevOps principles across the software development lifecycle, including automation, infrastructure as code, monitoring, observability, security integration, and production support in enterprise environments.

- Compensation range of $98,993.00 to $128,688.00.
- Sedentary work involving primarily sitting, with occasional walking or standing and occasional handling of up to 10 pounds.
