Responsibilities
- Configure and support IAM guardrails across AWS, GCP, Azure, and Okta environments.
- Implement and support automated pipelines for asset inventory and Software Bill of Materials generation.
- Support data protection processes, including encryption and key management.
- Implement secure configurations for Kubernetes, EKS, and Terraform workflows.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to test and document resilience patterns.
- Assist GRC and Internal Audit teams by gathering data and providing context on security controls.
- Operate and triage alerts from security tools and platforms and help drive remediation.
- Evaluate new security technologies and tools and provide rotational on-call support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in a technical security or IT/operations role with a security focus.
- Strong understanding of IAM, network security, and infrastructure security.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider, preferably AWS.
- Experience identifying and exploiting common web and API vulnerabilities, including Burp Suite usage, and understanding of secure API design.
- Proficiency in scripting to automate security tasks or checks, with experience in Python, Go, or a similar language.
- Familiarity with IdP, IGA, PAM, JML mechanisms, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM.
- Experience with or willingness to learn Terraform and Kubernetes, plus understanding of encryption, key management, and data protection principles.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and team-oriented skills.
