Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy Oracle CPQ configuration logic, rules, and dependencies for complex motor and system configurations.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales Operations to translate product structures and technical requirements into system rules.
Maintain configurator libraries, attributes, and documentation across product lines.
Partner with IT and ERP teams to integrate configuration data into quoting and order management systems.
Troubleshoot configuration issues and perform root cause analysis for system errors and rule conflicts.
Build configuration models for new product introductions based on engineering specifications and commercial policies.
Improve quoting and configuration processes and provide training or guidance to commercial engineers and sales teams.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least five years of prior relevant experience.
Understanding of the technical and business environment related to the area of specialization.
Ability to work independently under moderate supervision on smaller, less complex projects.
Ability to apply technical skills and analysis to resolve difficult problems involving multiple issues and teams.
Ability to provide guidance, training, and work review for entry-level employees.
