Responsibilities
- Deliver presentations and conduct sales conversations with C-level clients.
- Assist with cost evaluations and provide pricing solutions.
- Advise sales teams and internal stakeholders before customer calls and sales strategy sessions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple solution families.
- Design technical business solutions that address customer infrastructure and business limitations and opportunities.
- Drive initiatives and projects while working with sales, partners, and customers to develop business opportunities.
- Provide training, knowledge sharing, and best practices to the Solutions Engineer team.
- Travel approximately 20% of the time.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in presales or consulting within the ERP industry, or equivalent operational ERP experience.
- At least 4 years of specialized or industry experience.
- Demonstrated success supporting both direct and channel sales.
- Experience in manufacturing, ideally with additional distribution or finance industry experience.
- Documented experience delivering customer presentations and demonstrations.
- Experience with ERP companies such as SAP, Microsoft, Oracle/Netsuite, Infor, Sage, or Syspro, or their value-added resellers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
