Base Salary
$135k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support and operate Palantir software through monitoring, alerting, configuration management, and upgrades
- Deploy new Palantir products at customer deployments and migrate them to updated infrastructure types
- Debug, improve, and optimize services and infrastructure for long-term reliability and scalability
- Automate operational workflows, processes, and runbooks to reduce manual work
- Provide technical troubleshooting for production issues and participate in a support on-call schedule
Requirements
- Active US Security clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain a US Security clearance
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems independently using observability tools and service logs
- Ability to identify and automate highly manual tasks
- Comfort working with large-scale production systems and technologies such as load balancing, monitoring, distributed systems, and configuration management
- Proficiency with Java, Python, Bash, JavaScript, Go, or similar programming languages
- Ability to work autonomously in a rapidly changing environment and collaborate effectively with multifunctional teams
