Responsibilities

Design and implement infrastructure and tooling for core data platforms.
Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of Kafka, Flink, and ElasticSearch.
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
Develop and maintain tooling to streamline operational tasks.
Write high-quality, maintainable code in Go or Python.
Collaborate with other engineering teams to support their data platform needs.
Participate in an on-call rotation for production system reliability.

7+ years of industry experience with strong Linux and systems engineering knowledge.
Proficient in programming languages like Go or Python.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or OpenStack.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, particularly Kafka or ElasticSearch.
Ability to drive technical projects while fostering team culture.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proactive and impact-driven mindset.
