Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack applications using Java in the backend and React in the frontend.
- Support the design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and production delivery of end-to-end software solutions.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers across the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, knowledge-sharing sessions, and cross-functional teamwork.
- Use AI agents and tools to help design, write, review, and ship code.
- Own contributions from clean, well-tested code through supporting documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- First hands-on experience with Java through internships, working-student roles, university projects, personal projects, or professional work.
- Understanding of Spring and the wider JVM and web ecosystem.
- Interest in software architecture, clean code, and software development best practices.
- Basic understanding of relational and document-based databases, including SQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
- Curiosity about cloud technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.
- Comfort working with LLMs, AI agents, MCPs, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Good written and spoken English and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
