Responsibilities
- Build and enhance the core technology stack for QRT’s systematic digital-asset trading operations.
- Develop front-office algorithmic trading systems, including PMS, risk engine, reconciliation, and connectivity components.
- Work with traders and quants to roll out, support, and automate 24/7 trading strategies.
- Design clean architectures and high-throughput end-to-end systems.
- Maintain high standards of code quality and development practices while experimenting with new technologies.
Requirements
- Require 5–10 years of professional experience.
- Require strong Python skills.
- Require knowledge of real-time, robust, scalable, and quantitative applications.
- Require the ability to architect high-throughput end-to-end systems.
- Value strong teamwork and communication skills.
- C++ or Rust experience is a plus.
- DevOps, CI/CD, and AWS experience are advantageous.
