Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable IAM solutions covering identity provisioning, governance, and access management workflows.
- Integrate corporate directories, cloud environments, and third-party applications with the core IAM platform.
- Configure and maintain SSO, MFA, and federated identity protocols including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
- Automate user lifecycle processes such as onboarding, transfers, and offboarding using low-code tools, scripting, or APIs.
- Implement least-privilege architectures and RBAC models across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams on privacy regulations and internal audits.
- Troubleshoot IAM incidents, system bugs, and integration issues.
- Develop custom connectors, scripts, and API integrations to extend IAM platform functionality.
- Maintain documentation for IAM architectures, deployment procedures, and operational guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Auth0, Okta, Keycloak, Cognito, or Entra ID; FusionAuth is a plus.
- Strong understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, and SSO.
- Solid backend or full-stack experience with Java, .NET, or Node.
- Advanced English proficiency is required for working with US clients.
