Responsibilities
- Work on NEXUM implementations for new and existing clients, covering installations and environment changes.
- Assist with provisioning and configuring hosted environments across multi-tenant and dedicated single-tenant platforms.
- Support version upgrades by running, creating, and amending SQL scripts.
- Deploy and configure web applications using Microsoft IIS.
- Configure and support integrations with third-party systems via REST APIs.
- Support data migration activities using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Assist with system configuration, user setup, and client-specific settings.
- Support testing, user acceptance phases, and go-live activities.
- Maintain clear documentation of implementation steps and configurations.
- Provide post-go-live support and investigate technical issues.
- Look for opportunities to improve and streamline implementation processes.
- Gradually take ownership of smaller or less complex implementations.
Requirements
- Experience in a software implementation, deployment, or technical support role within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including writing and amending T-SQL scripts.
- Hands-on experience configuring Microsoft IIS for web application deployment.
- A working understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
- Experience working with hosted or SaaS platforms.
- Experience supporting Windows-based applications or server environments.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS and VPNs.
- Good troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem solving.
- Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
- A curious, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to take ownership and grow into a more senior implementation role.
