Base Salary
$125k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, integrate, deliver, maintain, and support high-quality web applications.
- Lead feature design and implementation across the team and present solutions for large, cross-team initiatives.
- Serve as a technical expert in at least one area while maintaining broad understanding of the system architecture.
- Influence decisions involving system and platform diagnosis, monitoring, performance, scalability, and availability.
- Identify team problems, reduce project and process complexity, and implement innovative technical solutions.
- Participate in cross-business technical reviews and provide feedback on projects outside the core area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of software development experience or commensurate skills building commercial applications.
- Demonstrated success contributing to distributed software delivery teams using Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices.
- Proficiency with AWS, serverless and event-driven architectures, SOA, microservices, microfrontends, and infrastructure as code.
- Proficiency with software engineering practices and the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, architecture and design patterns, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
