Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize capabilities for the Boss Middle Platform.
- Participate in building the operational efficiency platform from scratch.
- Optimize system performance and tackle technical challenges.
- Drive process optimization and facilitate cross-team communication.
Requirements
- Solid foundation in Java with understanding of JVM optimization and concurrency frameworks.
- Familiarity with middleware such as MQ, RPC, caching, and MySQL.
- Knowledge of microservices and distributed system architecture.
- Clear logic, quick thinking, and good communication skills.
- Experience in designing large management systems is preferred.
- Previous experience in front-end development is a plus.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English is highly preferred.
