Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and testers.
- Understand user workflows and define requirements through software, user interface, and GIS testing and analysis.
- Test software against development goals and real-world usage scenarios.
- Support testing, workflows, or automation with basic scripting or programming.
Requirements
- Experience with software project planning and design.
- Familiarity with software testing automation tooling.
- Interest in collecting new data and verifying existing GIS data through field work.
- Background with iOS and Android mobile platforms.
- Experience with Esri’s ArcGIS product suite.
- Current third- or fourth-year bachelor’s or graduate student status in computer science, GIS, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- Effective time management, organization, written communication, verbal communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
