Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Salesforce-based AI solutions, including autonomous Agentforce agents.
  • Develop Agent Actions, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs for AI-driven business processes.
  • Create and optimize prompt templates, grounding strategies, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation workflows for accurate LLM interactions.
  • Design AI-assisted coaching workflows, administrative automation, and personalized student engagement journeys.
  • Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data models, external systems, APIs, and enterprise services.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable AI automation solutions and identify opportunities to reduce manual work.
  • Configure CI/CD pipelines and Git-based deployment workflows using Salesforce DevOps tooling and AI-assisted development tools.
  • Monitor AI performance, prompt effectiveness, agent behavior, and operational reliability while implementing governance and optimization practices.
  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, governance, and responsible AI standards.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, release management, Agile ceremonies, and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and three years of experience appropriate to the assignment, or an equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
  • More than four years of Salesforce development experience and more than two years of experience developing AI-enabled or intelligent automation solutions are desired.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Agent Actions, Prompt Builder, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs is desired.
  • Experience designing autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents, copilots, conversational AI systems, or intelligent workflow orchestration platforms is desired.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, grounding, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and LLM-powered enterprise workflows is desired.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Education Cloud, Einstein AI, AI Cloud, Prompt Builder, and Data Cloud is desired.
  • Experience with Git-based version control, CI/CD configuration, Salesforce DX, and tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gearset, or Copado is desired.
  • Experience integrating external systems through REST/SOAP APIs, vector databases, semantic search, and asynchronous or event-driven architectures is desired.
  • Experience with MCP-based developer tooling and AI-assisted coding platforms such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, and Salesforce MCP Servers is desired.
  • Salesforce AI Specialist and/or Platform Developer certifications are preferred.

  • Salary is $100,000-$120,000 per year; DOE.

  • This is an in-person hybrid position requiring reliable commuting to Scottsdale, Arizona, with flexible work options subject to approval.
