Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks and scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, manual, exploratory, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing.
- Analyze business requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute automated test suites, analyze results, identify defects, and track them through timely closure.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, risk assessment, and QA standards adherence.
- Ensure test coverage and traceability and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Adopt AI-assisted development tools and practices to improve productivity and code quality.
Requirements
- Strong experience with automation testing using Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with TestNG, JUnit, Mocha, or PyTest.
- Experience with API automation using REST Assured, Postman, or Karate.
- Knowledge of Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of test case design techniques such as boundary value analysis and equivalence partitioning.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps for defect management.
- Ability to understand and validate business workflows and user journeys.
- Preferred experience with Cucumber or SpecFlow, JMeter or Gatling, Appium, AWS, and Azure.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
