Responsibilities

Work on all areas of the software from front end, back end, cloud infrastructure and test automation.
Drive high standards within the team for all internal services and open source tooling/libraries.
Deploy service and infrastructure changes frequently in a lean agile environment using full CI/CD.
Contribute in all aspects of product development including idea generation, planning, design, and execution.
Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams including product managers and UX designers.
Mentor junior engineers in balancing customer delivery with high coding standards.
Apply different approaches to problem solving and validate ideas with teammates.
Champion AI tools within the team's domain to improve project execution and quality.
Help define success for yourself, your team, and the features you develop.

11+ years of proficiency with Golang or Java.
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and coding best practices.
Curious and eager to understand how things work.
Supportive leader who helps colleagues and fosters teamwork.
Excellent communicator, able to convey concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Pride in craftsmanship and a focus on quality.
Empathetic individual who translates customer feedback into features.

Legally eligible to work in India on an ongoing basis.
Fluency in English is required.
Experience with distributed systems at scale is preferred.
