Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python backend services and APIs using FastAPI and Django.
- Contribute to React-based front-end components and user experiences.
- Integrate and support LLM applications, including RAG, prompt engineering, and agent workflows.
- Write clean, efficient, well-tested code and participate in GitHub-based code reviews.
- Troubleshoot application issues and contribute to reliability, performance, and operational support.
- Collaborate with product, design, data, platform, and business teams to translate user needs into technical requirements.
- Learn and adapt to new GenAI technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Python software engineering, backend or web development, or GenAI application development.
- Strong Python development experience, including debugging, testing, design patterns, and data structures.
- Experience developing backend APIs with FastAPI.
- Working knowledge of React for front-end development.
- Familiarity with LLM applications or LLM API integration.
- Experience with Git and GitHub for source control and collaboration.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
- Familiarity with a GenAI or agent framework such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or a similar framework.
- Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, agent workflows, microservices, serverless architecture, CI/CD, and observability.
- AWS, cloud, data science, or GenAI certifications are preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, initiative, prioritization, presentation, and public speaking skills.
