Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python backend services and APIs using FastAPI and Django for GenAI applications.
- Contribute to React-based front-end components and web application user experiences.
- Integrate and support LLM applications, including RAG, prompt engineering, and agent workflows.
- Write tested code, participate in GitHub-based code reviews, and follow engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot application issues and contribute to reliability, performance, and operational support.
- Collaborate with product, design, data, platform, and business teams to translate user needs into technical requirements.
- Learn and adapt to new AI and GenAI technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Python software engineering, backend or web development, or GenAI application development.
- Strong Python development experience including debugging, testing, design patterns, and data structures.
- Experience developing backend APIs with FastAPI and working knowledge of React.
- Familiarity with LLM applications or LLM API integration, RAG, prompt engineering, and agent workflows.
- Experience with Git and GitHub, SQL and NoSQL databases, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
- Familiarity with a GenAI or agent framework such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or a similar framework.
- Experience with microservices, serverless architecture, CI/CD, and observability.
- AWS, cloud, data science, or GenAI certifications are preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, presentation, and prioritization skills.
