Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models through instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Analyze model outputs and continuously improve model relevance and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fine-tuned models into broader systems and workflows.
- Monitor model performance using feedback and evaluation metrics.
- Document fine-tuning processes, experiments, and outcomes.
- Participate in team discussions, independently solve work-related problems, and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Python frameworks.
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning processes.
- Familiarity with large datasets and optimizing model training workflows.
- Ability to work with machine learning libraries and tools relevant to language model development.
- Strong problem-solving skills for model adaptation and performance enhancement.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
