Responsibilities
- Build low-latency applications, systems, and trading tools with development and trading teams.
- Deliver well-scoped, self-contained projects within the existing production codebase.
- Develop functionality that integrates cleanly with mature systems.
- Use AI coding tools effectively, critically review generated code, and own the correctness of shipped code.
Requirements
- Currently pursue a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with expected graduation between Winter 2027 and Summer 2028.
- Be proficient in one or more general-purpose programming languages, including C++ and/or Python.
- Be able to read and navigate an existing codebase and deliver a contained project within it.
- Demonstrate strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, ideally applied to numerical or performance-sensitive problems.
- Work onsite at the New York office five days per week.
