Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Program, configure, and test eCOA/EDC clinical data collection systems.
- Develop study-build components such as form logic, edit checks, workflows, integrations, and data repository mappings.
- Map, normalize, and deliver clinical trial data into a clinical data warehouse using data standards.
- Gather eCOA design specifications, support translations and localization, and ensure solutions align with study objectives.
- Partner with clinical data, analytics, statistics, operations, medical, and other study teams to deliver databases before first patient visit.
- Support regulatory submissions, inspections, and responses while applying applicable clinical and privacy requirements.
- Lead complex cross-business-unit or therapeutic-area projects and resolve technical, operational, and business problems.
- Improve study-build processes, reduce cycle time and postproduction changes, and enable metrics and downstream analysis.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a scientific field such as Informatics, Analytics, Life Sciences, Statistics, Information Technology, Epidemiology, or Computer Science, plus at least three years of related experience.
- Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree plus at least five years of experience in clinical data management or closely related areas such as statistics, data analytics, information technology, or health outcomes.
- Experience designing and handling eCOA data and articulating data flow from patient collection through analysis.
- Experience selecting or working with technology platforms for data acquisition and aggregation.
- Knowledge of clinical or drug development processes and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary study teams.
- Strong therapeutic or scientific knowledge, familiarity with clinical data tools and technologies, and understanding of data standards.
- Ability to balance multiple activities, prioritize work, manage ambiguity, and support complex programs.
- Domestic and international travel may be required.
