Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to the Databricks platform.
Provide best practices support for custom-built solutions developed by Databricks customers.
Deliver suggestions for improving performance in customer-specific environments.
Assist with issues around third-party integrations with the Databricks environment.
Demonstrate ownership and coordinate with engineering and escalation teams to resolve customer issues.
Participate in the creation and maintenance of company documentation and knowledge articles.
Advocate for customer needs and experiences.
Enhance your expertise in AWS/Azure and the Databricks platform through training.
Coach and support other team members.

Minimum 5 years' experience designing, building, testing, and maintaining Python/Java/Scala applications.
Solid experience with SQL-based databases is required.
Strong Linux/Unix administration skills.
Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure.
Native level in Korean and highly proficient in English.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in a Distributed Big Data Computing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
