Responsibilities
- Create and curate high-quality technical content such as tutorials, blog posts, and videos.
- Engage with the developer community to build strong relationships and foster an ecosystem.
- Gather and organize developer feedback to inform the product roadmap.
- Represent OpenAI at developer events and online forums as an ambassador.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to drive API adoption.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of OpenAI's developer surfaces.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering background with experience in AI and LLMs.
- Proven track record of engaging with developers and building communities.
- Deep user empathy and understanding of product experience requirements.
- Creativity and passion for connecting with and empowering developers.
- Experience in creating documentation and high-quality technical content.
- Ability to write high-quality code and documentation.
- Ownership of problems and willingness to learn new skills.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, loosely defined environment.
- Interest in AI ethics and safety.
