Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests.
- Provide technical leadership for the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions.
- Define current-state and target-state architectures, tradeoffs, investment roadmaps, and reusable patterns.
- Evaluate integration solutions and ensure conformance with enterprise architecture principles and standards.
- Document architecture designs, validate solutions and prototypes, and assess technology, cost, and customer differentiation.
- Identify architectural, technical, process, and structural risks and prepare mitigation plans.
- Enable delivery teams through frameworks, quality assurance, technical mitigation support, and automation recommendations.
- Build relationships with executives, technical leaders, product owners, peer architects, and other stakeholders.
- Support pre-sales by presenting solution designs, negotiating with clients, and ensuring requirements are met.
- Develop proof of concepts, case studies, demos, white papers, blogs, and points of view on solution architecture.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to architecture practice activities.
- Support team resourcing, onboarding, training, talent management, performance reviews, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Technical capability in enterprise solution architecture, architectural design, and technology leadership.
- Ability to analyze client requirements, technology environments, and enterprise needs to create solution frameworks.
- Ability to communicate architectural recommendations and solution designs to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, track assignments, and follow project management standards.
- Ability to identify risks, perform root cause analysis, and develop mitigation plans.
- Ability to collaborate with sales, program, project, consulting, IT, and delivery teams.
- Ability to mentor technical staff and contribute to training, certifications, thought leadership, and hiring activities.
