Base Salary
$183k - $247k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create prototypes, reference implementations, and production-ready architectures for AI capabilities at scale.
- Design multi-agent orchestration frameworks, model fine-tuning pipelines, and real-time inference platforms serving hundreds of millions of users.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and shape AI strategy and technical roadmaps with customer executives.
- Build agentic AI, intelligent automation, data, infrastructure, and cloud transformation solutions.
- Engage AWS specialist teams, applied science resources, and product groups to deliver customer outcomes.
- Own the end-to-end technical strategy and technical relationship for the customer.
- Mentor Solutions Architects and develop practitioners capable of operating at enterprise scale.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
- Experience developing technology solutions and evangelizing end-to-end technology roadmaps for cloud transformation.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives, through training, workshops, and publications.
- Preferred: knowledge of distributed systems design and implementation, large-scale automation and workflow management, and database design and implementation.
- Preferred: strong presentation and whiteboarding skills with executives, IT management, and developers.
- Preferred: experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
- Preferred: experience managing teams.
