Base Salary
$82k - $172k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement machine learning algorithms as part of a small interdisciplinary team.
- Analyze large multi-domain datasets containing images, text, time series, and graph data.
- Review and apply cutting-edge research publications.
- Create technical documentation and user guides.
- Understand AI/ML training and deployment pipelines, including AWS services.
- Provide training and mentoring to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in machine learning, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of AI/ML development experience.
- Proficiency with Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, Lightning, OpenCV, NumPy, and Polars.
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning and deep learning architectures.
- Experience contributing to a team using version control such as Git, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include an MS or PhD, interdisciplinary team leadership, LLMs, Transformers, YOLO, GANs, reinforcement learning, MCP, Microsoft Agent Framework, HuggingFace, LangChain, Linux, AWS, CUDA, CuPy, Numba, CuSignal, CuDF, application deployment, virtualization, containerization, Podman, Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, and an active TS/SCI clearance with recent polygraph.
