Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure Platform

Responsibilities
- Lead and implement technical initiatives for the core infrastructure platform.
- Build and operate multi-account and multi-region Kubernetes clusters, MLOps capabilities, standardized deployments, and a company-wide authentication platform.
- Develop applications and automations that eliminate toil for engineering teams.
- Engage product engineering stakeholders to scope requests, identify shared pain points, and prioritize platform initiatives.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities across new engineering teams.
- Mentor and support the development of other team members.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience building software and operating platforms.
- Experience building applications and automations to eliminate toil for engineering teams.
- Understanding of developer experience and how to increase engineering productivity across an organization.
- Strong communication skills for driving platform adoption.
- Passion for mentoring and developing teammates.
