Base Salary

$180k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement technical initiatives for the core infrastructure platform.
  • Build and operate multi-account and multi-region Kubernetes clusters, MLOps capabilities, standardized deployments, and a company-wide authentication platform.
  • Develop applications and automations that eliminate toil for engineering teams.
  • Engage product engineering stakeholders to scope requests, identify shared pain points, and prioritize platform initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of platform capabilities across new engineering teams.
  • Mentor and support the development of other team members.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience building software and operating platforms.
  • Experience building applications and automations to eliminate toil for engineering teams.
  • Understanding of developer experience and how to increase engineering productivity across an organization.
  • Strong communication skills for driving platform adoption.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing teammates.
