Responsibilities
- Build new full-stack features across responsive user interfaces and backend services.
- Architect and implement Java and Spring Boot microservices for high-concurrency procurement workflows.
- Develop scalable React front-end interfaces using modern state-management approaches.
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams on product releases and platform enhancements.
- Mentor engineers through design and implementation reviews and technical guidance.
- Own upgrades, enhancements, maintenance, and consumption of backend APIs and frontend architectures.
- Design cloud-agnostic, highly available solutions across multiple cloud providers.
- Maintain performant, secure, user-friendly systems at global scale.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional Java backend development experience.
- 3+ years of professional React.js experience, including Hooks, Context API, and state management with Redux, Recoil, or React Query.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, and JavaScript ES6+.
- Experience with microservices architecture, OpenAPI, RESTful service development, and full API lifecycle management.
- Expertise in CSS3, HTML5, responsive design, and MUI/Material UI or similar component libraries.
- Strong object-oriented design, analysis, and design-pattern knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Jest and React Testing Library.
- Experience with multiple cloud hyperscalers, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of ERP landscapes such as SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite and their procurement-platform integrations.
- Strong MySQL and general database knowledge, including performance tuning and query optimization.
- Expert-level GitHub proficiency for version control, code reviews, and collaborative development.
- Preferred: direct sourcing or Bill of Materials experience, AI/LLM integration experience, and large-scale multi-tenant SaaS development experience.
