Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software components and enterprise applications.
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Apply prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks to automate processes and generate intelligent insights.
- Develop and implement application support best practices.
- Troubleshoot applications and contribute to system performance and reliability improvements.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team discussions and technical problem solving.
- Document technical processes and solutions clearly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on scalable, high-performing solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture.
- Experience with application support and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability and responsible use.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
